The scene where Joey doesn't want to hear Rachel gossip so he puts his fingers in his ears and closes his eyes. Then doesn't notice that Rachel leaves and Chandler comes into the apartment and picks up the rooster and puts it up to Joey's face.
His expression and scream when he opens his eyes gets me every time.

The scene where Monica and Rachel wail at each other in her bedroom in TOW Rachel's Going Away Party. So heartwrenching and yet so wonderfully funny, it's both genius writing and performance.

In TOW They Are Up All Night. Monica and Chandler are lying in bed.
Chandler: 'What just happened?'
Monica: 'What, we had sex and we fell asleep.'
Chandler': 'No, we were in the MIDDLE of having sex, and YOU fell asleep.'
Monica: 'No, no. Best time ever! You rock my world!'
Chandler: 'Monica. I was showing you some of my best moves and you missed it. So will you wake up, so we can do it right!'
