Foley, by now a captain in the depleted Detroit Police Department, invites Rosewood and Taggart to Michigan for a 'vacation weekend' and they get caught up in a big gangland crime spree.
Maybe have it drag out over several months so after an early battle with the bad guys in the summertime, the Beverly Hills boys get dragged back to Michigan in the dead of winter and a huge blizzard for the second go-round.
