If you're asking because they were all nominated together at the Oscars, I'd say that Quiz Show was the best of the nominated films.
I do prefer Pulp Fiction and Shawshank to Gump, but neither would make my top ten for the year.

You can't compare any of these movies.
Pulp Fiction is a comedyish crime film.
Shawshank is depressing drama
Forrest is comedy.
You can't like the same things about any of these films so you can't say you prefer a prison movie over a wacky comedy.
