I found this on Ebay:

This a 2-page trade ad which announces that principal photography would be starting on October 18, 1993. The interesting thing is that River Phoenix is mentioned in the cast playing the role of the interviewer before River eventually died on October 31, 1993 and was replaced by Christian Slater.
Thoughts on it?
