Great role? You have to be kidding me - this movie is horrible. She did add to it though, in a good way of course.

She was a great character actress and I don't mind seeing her in supporting roles. No matter how small the role, she made it big and she made you look.
Agreed 100%!! She was a star no matter what the role - if she was the headliner, a supporting role or a minor role, you can't help but notice and love her! She doesn't even need to try.an example from Mixed Nuts (and there are many but I won't make a list!) is near the end when they are all walking in line with the "Christmas tree" and singing, she bellows the words loudly but not obnoxiously and then the dog starts to howl along with her!! CLASSIC! She just simply gives a star performance no matter what! She was taken from us way too soon.
