<p dir="auto">It doesn't even matter whose story was "the saddest". I think the most important thing is that they all found something better in the Army.<br />
BUT! The story that touched me the most: Hobbs' and Benitez'(s). I mean, Hobbs' conned his way into the Army to better his life and probably never would have been caught if Bill hadn't recognized his potential.<br />
And Benitez.. I mean, it's sad that it takes someone dying or being killed (esp. your younger sister) to change your life.<br />

<p dir="auto">I honestly thought Melvin's was, but maybe because his story and mine are pretty much the same. I thought Davis's was too, mainly b/c his fellow soldiers harassed him about his father though.</p>

<p dir="auto">I was touched the most by Miranda and Benitez' story mainly because they wanted to better their lives. I have a lot of friends from high school and my childhood neighborhood who joined the military for similary reasons.</p>
