The Warden, during the movies climax, expressed his disdain for the poster on the wall in Andy's cell.
One of the various times Andy had to be "punished" and sent to solitary confinement;
surely he would have had Andy's cell cleared out, if not at the very least, searched. Which would have possibly involved removing of the poster.
Great movie, but that little bit never made sense.
