There's a Universal DVD that includes only Timecop which is selling for pretty much the same price as a WB DVD that includes both Timecop and Bloodsport.
Do they have the same video quality and extras, if any?
Why are people buying a Universal that only has one feature if they can get the same film plus another film for the same price in the other version?
edit: ^ looking for NTSC/region 1 or 0

These DVD's with two movies on them, has a much lower bitrate on both movies, than their original DVD release on individual discs.
They lower the bitrate in order being able to squeeze two movies on the disc.
These double feature one disc releases, does not have any extras, there is no space for it.
Image quality on such double feature disc releases, not the best. It is fully visible that they have a much lower bitrate than a standard one movie only DVD release, due to compression errors in the image now and then, so not practical releases for today's flat screen tv's, who reveals every image flaw.
These double feature discs belong in the old CRT tube television days, where these sorts of TV's where a whole lot more forgiving.
But just as a heads up, then Timecop has been released for HDTV purpose. I recorded it last year in 720p and the image quality is actually pretty good.
So you could also keep an eye on your local HDTV channels also, who usually air movies from the 90s.
It might turn up on one of these channels at some point.
