I remember they said that you cant come in contact with yourself because of the same matter will destroy itself, as seeb in the end.
However this shouldnt be an issue because you wouldnt have the same matter in you over time. Cells die and new ones take their place. Every 7 years you have a whole new body. If you went back in time 10 years you would basically be meeting a complete stranger. So when the two of the same people were in physical contact nothing should have happebed as they dont share the same matter.
