I thought that, in the final scene, and just prior to her final transformation, Michelle F's character drove to a remote location, that wolf-Jack came out of the trees to meet her, she transformed and they loped off together into the woods. Have I mixed 2 films up, and, if so, which film has the ending I describe ?

I just watched this film for the first time since 1994. The last scene
was
a little different to how I remembered it, but not much. I seem to recall her getting into her car and driving away from the mansion, rather than just walking back up to the house. Other than that, pretty much the same as I remember. I don't think there was ever an ending where she changes completely; the implication seems to be that she's begun the same slow transformation that Will and Stewart went through, and that she'll become a wolf at the next full moon. Presumably, she'll then run off into the woods to find Will waiting for her, and they'll get on with making cubs together. Or whatever.

I think I saw the ending you've described in cinema at the time the film was out. And just seen this on tv and nothing of that happened.
