I see mention of the original ending being changed after it had already been filmed due to poor reviews of the ending. What I can't seem to find anywhere is mention of what that ending was. I assume it wasn't as good but would be quite curious as to what it was if anyone knows. I haven't seen this since I was a kid but I recall liking it then thinking it was a bit more , well intelligent than the typical freddy/jason/michael stuff that was the norm at that time.

Think Stewart Wolf maybe was the change they added after test screenings I don't know.
