I'm not sure if they ever discussed that on the show or not
but as much as I know, Drew and Wick never got a real divorce.
altough in the last season, Drew told Kellie that he
was
married to Wick
so my question: was there an episode in which Drew and Wick got officially divorced?
or were they still married? that would, kinda, explain the scene of them in the last episode of the late late show with Craig Ferguson 😛

it also tells us that they were married only for one or two seasons , since he said one year.
I don't know how it works with the green card, but would they be allowed to only be married one year for Wick to get the Green Card and afterwards he can just stay? would've thought he would've been kicked out of the country if they divorced after one year.

The season 8 finale has Mr. Wick saying "we were married for a year" with that being in the past-tense and it being many years since Mr Wick got his green card presumably the divorce took place (in this shows rather crazy and sloppy canon).
