I believe that politicians are like actors.
So, I am never invested in what they have to say. For instance, I don't care if Bruce Lee can really fight. I know that he is trying to sell his movies and needs to put on a show. That's how I look at political figures.
I never believe what they're saying unless they are actually doing something.
So, I could watch Trump, Biden, etc without anger and just listen to what they say as if it is part of a show. So, I don't get happy, sad, or angry about anything they say.
Recently, Obama implied there are UFOs that we don't understand flying around. I don't believe him for a second, but I like the way he told the story.
I seem them as actors in a way.
If you learn to watch the media like that you will be much less emotionally affected.
I great up in an area where even the weather on local news was delivered in an alarming manner. I cannot live like that.

The only time that I myself laughed at him was when he acted like a Sore Loser after he lost the Election.

His speeches are HILARIOUS!
You may not have listened to him but he can talk for hours with no script and he uses a lot of humor.

I like both of their personalities and speaking styles for totally different reasons.
I think they are both very entertaining people.
Obama cracked me up recently when talking about UFOs. His timing for speaking is great.
