I know that seasons 5-6 are not very well liked/received within the fandom community (and with very good reason), but I personally feel like there are a few gems in those seasons that will go down as classic episodes of the series.
Here are my picks for which episodes I feel like are classics:
Season 5
Succession
Amphipolis Under Siege
Antony & Cleopatra
Season 6
Coming Home
Who's Gurkhan?
Legacy
The Abyss
Path of Vengeance
To Helicon and Back
These episodes just all have that "classic Xena" feel to them IMHO.
