I think it's one thing to say "Your wife is gorgeous." while it's another to say "You're one of the most gorgeous women I've ever seen".

I don't know. I saw this scene differently. I did not think the kid was being rude at all. I thought his compliments were perfectly fine. It upset me that Ace fired the kid, for what I thought was no good reason.
