Freeman would take it. A suprising number of his opponents are female, and considering that, according to the comics, "no woman can resist his charms", I think he could use sexuality as a distraction against her. He's done it in the manga/anime, and I think it would work out against The Bride. Nothing against her though, it would be a hell of fight, but Freeman's definetly the more elite assassin.
