Ive always considered this the poor mans The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, but even so, I find it fun and often very funny, thanks mostly to the inimitable talent that is John Leguizamo.
My favorite scene:
Noxeema: Why do I feel like I'm in the Tournament of Roses Parade?
Chi-Chi: Because you're as big as a float.
