The montage with Earl and Grady blowing up a bunch of Graboids was awfully damn funny.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.

So many funny lines, but I really liked when that guy with glasses meets Earl and his new side kick, who he mix up with Bacon in the last movie, and says "Man you guys must be rich, I mean that video game alone!"
So funny !

also Burt's reaction after Earl says "A graboid kind of situation"

So many funny parts. I always LOL'd when Kate laughs when she sees all of the ammunition in Burt's truck.
Kate: laughs It's a bit much, don'tcha think?

Burts ambush survival story was also my favorite funny part.

Burt's entire speech detailing how he survived the ambush. His dialogue combined with the excellent delivery get me every time. My favorite line has to be "The ones that got onboard I handled with a combination of small-arms fire and hand-to hand techniques!" simply because it conjures the image of Burt beating a Shrieker to death with his bare hands.

The part where Padro's truck is attacked by the monsters (but we dont know it yet). It goes like this:
Grady: Maybe he's just taking a leak? (Which means pissing)
[30 minutes later]
Earl: Well, thats a lonngggg leak.
Grady: Sh!t man, what has he been drinkin??
That part just cracks me up! And also the scene were they hear the mexican music playing from underground, and Earl is just like "what the hell is that?!" Then, whats even funnier, is when Grady says "heyI know that song!!!" and starts humming to it! That is genius!
The entire movie is hilarious. Possibly funnier than the first movie
