I have this image growing up of a scene I saw on the tv. Years later this scene still 'haunts' me. It wasn't a scary scene, I just have never been able to place where the image was from. I feel like it MAY be this movie.
This is what I remember:
A scene with a carriage approach a building. Victorian type setting. There is a character who opens the carriage door dressed in victorian type clothing, but has the head of a FISH! Or maybe its that the fish headed looking character was a doctor in this scene?! I'm not sure! Can anyone help? Does this sound like a scene or image from this movie. I know years and years later that my memory may have distorted what happened in the scene, but this is what I can recall that has been haunting me and I just want to find the answer.
It was a live-action (not animated film) with a 'sci-fi' type feel to it.
Thank you for your help
Cheers

The 1985 Alice in Wonderland had a frog in the part you're thinking of. There was a fish head on one of the jury members at the end of the first part if I recall correctly. I'm not sure on the 1999 one (I only saw it once, and still prefer the 1985 version).

Well its not Gulliver's Travels, that is for sure.
This sounds very much like Alice in Wonderland. There were a few TV movies/mini-series. Two-live-action TV movies were done in 1985 and in 1999. Both I believe had a Fishhead person opening the door for a carriage. I am not a hundred percent sure but I do believe that it may be what you are looking for.
Good Luck

I don't know the film you're thinking of, but I can tell you that it definitely isn't this.
Good luck finding it though!
