i've always hated this movie! never laughed once, Pauly Shore and Stephen Baldwin are absolute a**holes in it, the script's garbage and it tries to drown itself in fart jokes, ass jokes that are NOT funny the first time they happen. i admit that the premise of the movie sounds okay, but the movie itself is a complete unfunny, painful abomination.

Being stupid for the sake of being stupid is not funny, being CLEVERLY stupid is funny!

And no, Pauly Shore is not an actor, far from it he is a crime against nature.
And finally: I don't care if a movie doesn't stretch my intellect or goes for the Oscar, the only thing I ask is that actual effort goes into it, this POS had no effort go into it. The leads were not likable by any stretch of the imagination, throughout the whole movie all I could think was "KILL THESE beep ALREADY!!!! BURN THEM ALIVE!!!". I think even Jay and Silent Bob, even if they were high when they watched it, would say it was a piece of s**t.

Look, if it makes you laugh more power to you, but how can you even stand to be in the same beep room as this movie? The two central characters are literally unbearable. Literally. All they do is explore the outer edges of obnoxiousness. I genuinely want to kill them both. I am totally serious about this. These two characters, I want to murder them with my bare hands. They're hideous. Hideous.

This movie is stupid as hell. But I like it.

This movie was on TV the other night and I watched it because I remember loving it as a kid. Watching it now, it was really stupid and nowhere near as entertaining as it used to be. But I still enjoyed it, partly because it brought me back and partly because some parts were still amusing to me. Bud and Doyle are disgusting and annoying though and I don't believe they would ever score hot chicks like that.
I didn't remember a lot of it though. I was surprised when I saw Kylie Minogue, and I'm sure I didn't understand they were growing pot or the "69.. laugh" when I was a kid. And a bunch of other stuff I didn't remember.
Anyway, 3 from me.

If you wanna like this movie there are two requirements you must meet:
1.) You must be high before the idea is brought up
2.) You must smoke during the movie, at least more than once.
With that said, I think this movie is hilarious, but I could have a biased opinion since I've probably seen it 100x in the last ten years

I like Bio-Dome. Could the fact that it has multiple very attractive wimminz in it help? Yes. However! I simply find it an enjoyably stupid movie that shows that even the dumbest of movies from the 90's are better than some typical movies of today.

This movie is a guilty pleasure movie.

Well, honestly, you're in the majority.
I, however, am watching Bio Dome right now, at the part where they reminisce about the squirrel that ate the fertilizer then fell into a bucket of Kerosene, creating a running molotov cocktail that nearly leveled the neighborhood.
It's SO far from perfect, but I still love this flick. Cheesy and stupid, but that's its appeal.

Hear hear. I have a ton of stupid, immature favourites from the 90s, including a few of the Pauly Shore canon.
This movie was unbearable. Truly one of the dumbest movies ever made. Call it my opinion, fine, but really, I can't for the life of me understand why anyone in their right mind would defend it.

Puberty starts about 12. If you want to diss someone for liking a movie, at least make it factual.

I've seen funnier episodes of "Everybody Loves Raymond" than this crap. No joke. "Everybody Loves Raymond" im not kidding.

This movie was one of my favorites from back in the day. Im only 16, yah, but this was a favorite of mine from when i was like 8-10 or 11 or something(back when I was a lot more immature). Watching Bio Dome and In the Army Now is like a trip back in time for me. Back to the more carefree days of my childhoodor something like that. Anyways this movie gets a 10 from me just because its funny as hell and it just makes me feel good and remember some fun times. And dude Pauly Shore is cool, you can't deny it. I think if most people view it without any expectations such as being thrilling or dramatic, then I think you won't feel like killing them throughout the whole movie.

I didn't like the film at all. Those two main characters were complete idiots and I wanted them to die the whole time. In fact, I quite agreed with that guy who said that if they would die, it would be progress.
And I loved Ace Ventura, so don't tell me I don't like stupid humor. The problem with this movie was that it wasn't stupid humor, it was just two guys being complete idiots the whole time. There wasn't little to no humor in this movie and it was almost unbearable to watch.
There's only one movie I've ever seen that was worse than this movie, and it was "Baise Moi". Therefore this movie gets a 2 from me.
