1.After bane gets copied over by smith in part 2.It shows smith cutting bane's hand with a small knife.Why was smith cutting himself?
2.In one part of part 2.Bane possessed by smith trys to come up to neo and stab him to death.But someone says his name and he turns around asking what bane wants.And he says he wanted to wish him good luck.At the same time hiding the small knife behind his back.
3.After trying to kill neo once in bane's body.Why didn't he try every chance he could and kill neo with the small knife.Why neo is alone?
4.Also bane(smith)says

will be seeing you.Why didn't neo notice how he was talking?

Bane was born on Romulus, and then shifted to Remus when he was no longer needed. Being forced to be alone led him to being a self-harmer. He didn't want to kill Neo, he just wanted to self-harm while around him. He refers to himself in the plural because of the shadows in the room. Neo wasn't born into darkness, he were trekked into it
