Yep, and Isaacs was also a villain in HP.
Anyway, I noticed a link to Star Wars - the prequels: Bowen is Obi Wan, king Einon (his apprentice) is Anakin. They have a massive duel at the end. Einon even says "you taught me well" during the duel. Oh, and of course, Obi Wan beats Anakin (in this case, this "Anakin" dies). 🙂
