How is Jobe in a physical form?

Where is Dr.Angelo?

Hasn't Jobe already taken over the world?
At least they had Peter in the film. I was completely unaware that their even was a sequel. In all honesty when I first heard of the original lawnmower man, I thought it was going to be horrible. It turned out to be one of my favorite movies/stories ever. The story is priceless and has potential to be re-made in these times. Considering how relevant it is to the current times I put it in the list of films way ahead of its time (besides the budget). The story is timeless. I was updating the netflix list when I saw "lawnmower man 2". My first thought was how? But being curious and remembering how I was about the original, the curiosity led me to rent it.
needless to say, it was horrible.
If anything, they should have had jobe as the villain, and peter as the hero. Not Jobe as a corny, dumbed down character.
I wish they would leave movie's alone until they have a solid, genuine story.
Im sure they spent alot more money on this film than it made.
