Genna Davis was cast so perfectly in this role. This is still one of my "go to" movies that I'll throw on whenever I'm bored. I can't believe it didn't get more attention when it came out. It's 20 years old already but still a classic in my eyes. "Chef's do that"

I concur, I watch Youtubers talk action movies and non of them mention this movie! from memory not even the flick pick.
