How did Allison (Jennifer Connelly's character) find out about the atomic site to even explore it and eventually find out about the hospital anyways? Was the general so horny that he risked bringing her back to his house located near the site and that's how she found out?
Even then why was she or whoever was filming the footage (Jimmy?) even allowed to freely walk around a "restricted" military base anyways let alone walk around with a camera!?
If this is the case, it just all sounds pretty dumb just because the general couldn't keep it in his pants.

Yeah right? And a 16 mm camera to boot. She was just strolling around with a big ol' 16 mm camera shooting loads and loads of file. The spool has what, 1000' on it? "OHHH nothing just shooting a feature length picture here nothing going on here move along"
This movie is absurd. Written on a diet of cocaine and budwieser.
