I get that the team Hummel was assembling was meant to be primarily people he had worked with. Major Baxter had been with him the longest, Sergeant Crisp, if I remember right he knew from Grenada. The other members he had known over the years.
Captains Frye and Darrow however he said he had never worked with before, but 'their reputations spoke for themselves'.
I'd like to know what reports the seemingly intelligent Hummel read about them. These two cowboys, I'd like to know how they got into the USMC in the first place, never mind getting commissions.
The two of them made a Call of Duty villain like Makarov seem sane. Perfectly willing to gas the bay area with VX gas, not to mention the carry on in the shower block.
