Because the person(s) responsible for that unbelievably ignorant "street" language should be fed to and eaten by a 40 foot Anaconda, so that they may be regurgitated and killed/eaten again, somehow. Don't ask me the logistics of that, as THEY wrote it -

I think they are referring to killing a victim again. And to be fair, unless that victim has been resuscitated, it's pretty much impossible to kill it again.
