I heard her say she thought this film was "a piece of beep And I'm just curious what made her decide to do the film in the first placeI know she originally must have read a different script - I have an early draft that's not much like the finished film. And I know such things happen a lot. But did she originally have hopes for the film, or did she do it for the money? What was her decision?

No Matter how bad the film, Jessica Lange always comes out on top! She is my all time favorite actress and you can't take your eyes off of her anytime she is on the screen! She steals everything she is in! Blue Sky is the best film she ever made and thank god she won an oscar for it!

I think she's great in it and gives a campy and fun performance almost similar to Bette Davis in Whatever Happened To Baby Jane or Tallulah Bankhead in Die Die My Darling.
Professional Jayne Mansfield fanatic/lover since 1980.
