The USA Netlfix version runs 95 minutes (including end credits), but the runtime of the full regular theatrical/VHS version is 103 minutes.
Just watched it for the first time since the late 90's when I was very young, what did they cut out? And why do they do this sometimes ("knowing" (2009) is 6 mins shorter on Netflix than regular, for just one other example.)

I saw this in theaters when it came out and that scene was not in the movie. Maybe it was because of the Action League Now! short that was shown before the movie in theaters? I don't know.
All I need is one mic

I have the original paramount DVD, it is also 95 minutes
The George Clinton scene is not the issue
if You've seen the trailer, They show a scene where James McDaniel from NYPD Blue asks for a "good shake" and ed shakes him.
That scene was cut from the dvd. I can't remember if that scene was kept when it was in theaters

You may be right, but I don't think that the George Clinton part would account for 8 minutes worth of running time.
It's not the only time Netflix has done this.

Probably the George Clinton part because of copyright
I'm currently watching to see not even halfway there yet they just left golfing
