The whole thing with the stillborn baby was disturbing.
I'm not really sure how to interpret the ending. Was the baby ever actually alive through magic or that was just the queen's madness envisioning this?
And when the mirror is stabbed. was that the Queen herself being stabbed? I kinda figured along throughout the whole movie that it was her mother. So now I'm thinking maybe the mother was possessing the Queen?
What is everyone's take on the ending?

The baby was brought back as almost like a zombie. Probably because the spell was incomplete. Claudia had to sacrifice Friedrich and bathe the baby in his blood to properly revive the baby. Presumably he either died in the fire or when Claudia died since she was the one who cast the spell

All we saw was the baby's hand, and it did not look normal. It looked like the claw off a creature. It was unnatural. So the baby was probably like a zombie brought back to life from the dead.
I felt bad for Claudia losing her baby. But if the baby's hand looked like that then I dread to think what it's face looked like.

I'd never call anyone dumb, or smart. However, I've read posts on this site which read, "Should I watch this movie?" and "I won't watch a movie that includes a rape." as this one does.

My understanding of these forums is that they exist to discuss the movies after they're viewed. This can't be done if everyone's all worried about spoiling the ending for people who are dumb enough to come here and discuss it before they've even seen it. The general feeling of this website seems to be everything about a movie's fair game in these discussion threads.

Please be careful with warning about potential SPOILERS. I guess your title does the job, though.
Good point about about the Queen's perception of her own thoughts and actions. Cohn probably did the same thing directing this feature Leaving room for the viewer's own perceptions of the Grimm Brothers original intentions. I tend to subscribe to a quantum physics approach of truly seeing ourselves from many different points in the unified field of matter, and experiencing a different moment of self-recognition each time see What The Bleep Do We Know? Lost Highway, Spider, Blow Up, Mulholland Drive, Catch 22, Eraserhead, INLAND EMPIRE, and The Hypothesis Of A Stolen Painting for similar treatments.
Narcissism, jealousy, insecurity, and selfishness seem to drive the Queen's self-medication via dark-magic.
