This is one of my favorite movies. I'm surprised that I never realized this but Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick Jr. never kiss on the mouth. This is the only romantic movie I can remember where the lead couple doesn't kiss on the mouth.
Also, did the two characters have sex on that porch? Bernice wakes up wearing Justin's shirt so I took it as they had sex. Right?

To be honest to me Birdee and Justin didn't have any chemistry. Their happy end was weird, too. I didn't see any real feelings from Birdee to Justin.
