Hell for all I know this could actually be the case! I aint no legal expert!
God could you imagine, a woman makes a fake rape claim, it goes to court, its proven she lied, she does a lousy 2 years in jail, she gets out, the same guy rapes the ever loving **** out of her and then the double jeapordy law comes into play and he walks?
