I gave her a 5. She was miscast and is therefore just adequate. I find her screen presence bland.
She is the main flaw in an otherwise terrific presentation of the Ripper tale.

I do like Heather Graham in other movies like The Hangover and Boogie Nights, but had they casted the bald chick from Minority Report, the movie would've been better.

Personally, I couldn't understand why she was in this movie. I kept being reminded of her cavorting around with Austin Powers. IMO, She basically invoked the same emotions.
