I think it's a niche little cult classic, but not on the level of huge classics.
So many stories, so little time.

I think so. I've watched it several times over the years (unlike A Fish Called Wanda which I liked at the time but haven't watched for years).
I have always depended on the kindness of Strangers - and the bastards let me down!
