I did a marathon with Rush Hour, Shanghai Noon, Wild Wild West, and Django Unchained titled When Unlikely Partnerships Form. You guys can check it out on my blog.
The first Rush Hour is such an awesome movie and is hands down the best film of the whole Rush Hour series. It got progressively worse after this but the first movie had the best laughs, the best storyline, moved at a good pace combining comedy and solid action scenes together. It took the buddy cop theme and turned it upside down on it's head. I loved it.

The first Rush Hour is definitely the best one but I wouldn't say it progressively got worse. I think the Rush Hour trilogy is one of those trilogies where all the films are really good and entertaining. After all Jackie and Chris's chemistry is what them good and entertaining!
