I'm of the opinion that the worst thing a movie can be is "boring." This movie is NOT boring, by any means.
So I guess this makes it pretty darn good, then?
Yeah, I suppose I'd say so. And at the same time, I'd be embarassed to say so.
Anyway, show it to your friends. I guarantee they'll be astounded, to say the least.

It's even better that we never see a helicopter either, in fact the only vehicles used seem to be that army jeep they drive around town(?) and a boat that must be packed with high explosives

I've had this DVD lyring around, collecting dust, and I've debated watching countless times but have yet dared to open it. I love cheesy B-movies and from what you guys are saying, it sounds like I'm missing something here.

Too many amazingly ridiculous points to even begin to list. I don't know if I've seen a film this hilarious in years. Loved every inane second of it. "Send a helicopter to Highway 309" while everyone is on a beach near a forest. Some highway.

Haha I saw this movie for the first time last night. I think it's ingenious, in a way. I never could have thought of stuff that amazingly hysterically awful if I tried.

So trashy its creepy.

This film is a total four-star stinkeroonie; I thoroughly enjoyed every last sublimely silly and stupid minute of this uproariously abysmal atrocity.
Look nonchalant and keep on smiling.

Basically. Robo Vampire is the most amazing thing I have ever seen put to film. I like to consider myself a fair fan of terrible movies (and they must be so absolutely terrible that they become entertaining again), and this takes the cake.
My vote for the number 2 Best Worst Movie of All Time might be "Bad Girls From Mars." Watch it and weep.

Why in the hell would you want to see this remade??? This turned out this way by accident! Can't you remake treckies respect something original and unique?? If Robo Vampire is remade it isn't original anymore. Remaking films like Robo Vampire and Plan 9 From Outerspace are the most useless remakes of all!!!! Remaking these films it like trying to remake the Grand Canyon! Leave well enough alone!!
