We should be thanking Bush & Obama.
Chrysler filed for bankruptcy in April '09. This was after Bush lent them $4 billion on 1/2/09. Obama lent them an add'l $8.5 billion that saved the company. There would be no new jobs, no new investment, no Chrysler if it hadn't been for Obama.
