The episode involved a young man, maybe an actor or athlete, who was traveling with a much older woman who was pretending to be his mother but was his wife. For some reason she didn’t age. There might have been a necklace involved. Does anyone know what series this is from?
It is from an episode of Supernatural."Heartache"." I had a lot of details wrong. There was no necklace and it was the man who didn't age.

There was a series called FOREVER starring Ioan Grufudd as a man who had stopped aging a century earlier and if killed, would wake up in a river naked and reborn at his current ago. As the show progressed, we saw flashbacks of his earlier life. I think toward the end he flashed back to finding a woman who he had once married and was now old enough to be his mother. He still wanted to stay with her, but at some point another man who also didn't age captured her to try to get her to lead him back to Henry. She forced him to crash his car, sacrificing herself rather than to betray Henry, but also because deep down she felt she was holding Henry back. It was 5 years ago, so my memory of it is sketchy. I don't know if that might be the show you are thinking of.

The woman might have decided she had lived long enough and let herself die. When both were younger she was able to be his wife in public but as she aged she had to pretend to be his mother.
