Is there an actual time line of the events in the film? I have a few questions.

How many days before the wedding was the Vegas Party? A lot happened in "a few days."

The night Lois and Michael are killed is apparently two days before the weddingm, which means that the Kyle and Kelly met with the attorney about the estate the next day! Now that would be a little ridiculous! I find it hard to believe that a husband and wife, both dying within two days of each other under mysterious (questionable circumstances) would have their "will read" that quickly. That sort of thing, under normal circumstances would probably take days, if not weeks.

I don't remember seeing a disclaimer at the beginning that said the production would do it's level best to maintain a concrete and realistic time line for all of the insane events that were about to transpire in order for people that had never watched a movie before to have an enjoyable experiencewatching a group of friends systematically kill each other as well as innocent victims. It's a movie. If you nit pick every movie out there you're not really having a good time. Unless nit picking for you is fun. In which case viya con dios.

I would say it was probably necessary for them to meet with the lawyer simply because of the kids. I agree maybe a little farfetched, but not the most farfetched thing in the movie (I'm going to make a thread myself since I just saw it for the first time in many years and have a couple newfounds qualms :P).

Don't really know. They say a few days earlier in the beginning of the film but that doesn't really tell us much. Anyways, the first night they are in Vegas. It's made out to seem that the very next night is the dinner rehearsal. It is Jewish tradition to bury the dead immediately so it is plausible that the funeral is the very next day. If not that, two days later maximum. The night of the funeral is when the guy kills the wife and brother. The next day they meet with the lawyer and from there it cuts to the wedding. I'll go ahead and assume the two don't take place on the same day. The night of the wedding is when they drive back out to the desert.
So, assuming I got that correct and they didn't jump ahead a day or two, the Vegas party was 5 or so days previous to the wedding.
