No you're not,this is one of the dumbest movies i've ever seen.

It must be rooted in some bad experience you had in high school which mimics the general plot or a specific aspect of the film. Maybe you got beat out by a girl like Tracy for a student award or some other type of recognition and then she went on to graduate form a big college and marry a successful guy and they both make over 100K a year, or maybe you got picked on or beat down by a football player with wealth parents who drove a new car. Things like that can manifest itself later and a film like this can bring out the pain subconsciously.

The only one to get a response from someone who is in complete disagreement with you, yes.
