Liked them both

I really like this movie. It was entertaining and I enjoyed the plot twist at the end. The only thing I didn't like is that they really dragged out the film before any of the main characters were attacked by Ben Willis. And also the guy at the front desk was really racist(I couldn't believe the beep coming out of his mouth)

I love this movie. It's very bloody and entertaining. The kills are way better than the first in my opinion and the higher body count makes it even more entertaining. Whoever hates this movie isn't a slasher fan or just hates movies in general.

the movie started off well but quickly fell into clich mode and mediocrity, all in all it was an ok film but not as good as the 1st. With a better writer they could of done a better job. The 1st film had a much better script and was a lot better atmosphere to it, sophisticated if you want, this 1 just was a bit trashy. The whole going to the island thing was a bad call for the script.

I didn't hate it. In fact, I rated it the same as the first (6/10). I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to slashers, and as silly and ridiculous as this movie was, it was still entertaining.

I loved this movie, the ending not so much lol
But still this has always been one of my favorites even if it's not the best, I enjoyed that there were some more kills in this one as opposed to the first.
And I liked most of the characters, aside from Jack Blacks character -_-

The first one was my favorite horror movie of the era, this one was just an average horror movie overall. I think that is why people seem to "hate" it, it is not a horrible movie, but compared to the first which so many people hold in such high regard, it makes this seem worse then it is (although this movie certainly was not great, just pretty good).
