"On the extreme use of force - officer involved shootings - we find no racial differences in either the raw data or when contextual factors are taken into account."
So as I said previously, I do
not
believe there is
systemic
racism in any major police force. And Professor Roland, an African American, has just backed me up. This is
a fiction
pushed by the
dishonest, left-biased MSM

This is further supported by the fact that many Police Commissioners of major cities are
African America.
So are the African American Police Commissioners
racists?
Some have even claimed that the MSM is deliberately pushing this country towards a race war, but I do
not
believe that. I hope I'm correct there.
Furthermore, if there
IS
systemic racism,
who's to blame?
Since every major city is controlled by
Democrats,
then the blame must be laid at the
Democrats'
door step.
