On the opposite, I've seen cops of a certain race be tougher on others of their own race.

I have seen certain black cops ignoring black suspects committing big offenses while they were on duty, but when it came to white suspects, they did not think twice of arresting them.

What i would like to see is more police ,weeding out the bad ones. Sadly then the good cops get labeled as rats or finks.
