I was only three or four when I saw this, so bear with me. It was on the same channel that used to play "The big comfy couch" (possably PBS or TLC). It was a short played durring a comercial break (I think there were a few of them in the series, but I only remember one). There were these muppet-puppet things (I think they were blue). Now, if I remember right, one was having a really bad day. I don't remember what went wrong or why it scarred me, but it did. There was also something about him dropping his icecream cone. I think one of them may have said something in a creepy way, or that the puppets were scarry. They may have also sang a song (The entire thing could have been a song, or included a song, or I could just be totally wrong about the song). I know it's not much to go on, but I'm sure that I wasn't the only kid who remembers this. It was sometime between 1995 and 1997.
All I can remember was that there were either blue puppets (muppit-like i think), or a blue background. There was something about one of them having a bad day, and something about dropping an icecream cone. I think one of them said something about the icecream cone in a particularly creepy or sad way that upset my toddler mind. It's been killing me forever, because I want to see what had me so upset that I cried.
