Of all the great scenes I have to pick the one where Jake smokes PCP, with Alonzo first telling him to man the beep up and finish that sh**, while also controlling the traffic. Then, as Jake his taking the last hit, Alonzo starts to laugh in rytmhic way were you (I at least) cant help but laugh with him.

The scene with Jake laughingly refusing Alonzo's order to shoot Roger, culminating with Alonzo doing it himself. Cue Jake quickly jumping up, proclaiming 'holy SH*T!', and that tense musical score coming in.
