Nobody has any idea what will happen from one day to the next. They keep discovering new and nasty things about this virus. For instance, the blood clotting and strokes in young people who have had only minor symptoms, or none at all. Children are now developing something called Kawasaki disease, which seems to be a by product of Covid 19. This is the tip of an iceberg that could go very deep. I'm concerned.

What I mean is the official messaging I have heard - and I have read a bit on it - is 'we beat it'. All it takes is one superspreader and you are in the soup again…
the province of Quebec, which is like 2 kilometers from where I sit, is planning to selectively reopen soon, even though it has half the cases in all of Canada. It's like an experiment played out in real-time, I hope that it works out.

I believe that we were doing exceptionally well while we were on level 4, and maybe that's the reason for the 'triumphant' tone. To be honest, I'm not aware of that tone, but you have obviously been keeping up with the play. As I've said, I think we've eased up too soon, but small businesses were struggling badly, and this is meant to help them.
