Exploitation Cinema released this film with Satan's Slave, i believe. Its director is credited as James Garrick who doesn't seem to be on IMDB as a director.
Amazon has it, just came out.

Terror is being released on DVD by UK company, Odeon entertainment, on 24 February 2014. I've never seen it before, although I've heard of the film's director, Norman J Warren. I may well pick it up, as I'm a big fan of British horror from the 70s.

It's now been released again as a double feature with "The Devil's Men" (a.k.a. "Land of the Minotaur") thanks to Scorpion releasing. It's a decent quality widescreen print, and the major extra is a "making of" featurette.
And the director is Norman J. Warren; James Garrick is the name of the director character in the movie.
What do you think this is, a signature? It's a way of life!
