I just bought this on DVD (part of a collection), and the audio is so muddy and distorted, it's hard for me to follow the plot.
The most I can get is the female lead's mother and father are dead and the brother just escaped jail or an institution. Her manager is revealed as the baddie, but I can't distinguish what his reasoning is.
Also, it seems like there's some kind of history with the boyfriend who's stalked.
Can anyone fill me in? Thanks.

yeah, i had to fiddle with the sound to make it more audible,
but,
joey, or the brother (maybe?) is the guy getting buried alive in the beginning, and he survives, albeit comatose or at least catatonic and it is learned that he escaped halfway through the movie and is apparently hellbent on exacting revenge on the masked guy from the beginning of the filmalthough we see none of this happen,
at the end of the movie the damsel's manager professes his long unrequited love for her and confesses to killing her parents, getting rid of her brother(?), all so that she would only have him to turn to,
he was also trying to kill her current boyfriend, the guy being stalked, for the same reason.but us viewers are lead to believe that the boyfriend was the man in the mask at the beginning and joey has now donned the mask and is returning the favor of "terror" to the boyfriendthat is, until the reveal
