You're welcomed Yes, they certainly did an amazing job with the make-up, but even as a she, she's quite flat-chested. Makes me think of Alicia Vikander who hasn't the biggest of breasts, but they pulled them up quite good in A Royal Affair.
The picture is from a short video on Youtube, where there's no speech, but as far as I recall, she was speaking with a heavy accent. But I agree, it's most likely a voice over.
