Coconut water is very healthy and tasty. Replenishes electrolytes, great in detox smoothies or juices, low in calories, settles an upset stomach, helps a sore throat.
Coconut milk in the carton is good with cereal or smoothies.
And coconut milk/crème in cans is terrific for baking or to add in mixed drinks, coffee, etc. It's extremely rich though. Good for fat bombs.

Yeah I was harsh. I just needed to hammer that in everyone's head about my dislike of straight coconut water and coconut milk beverages.
In real life, I don't purchase those products. Although, I don't yell and point "Ewww gross" whenever I see a bottle of coconut water either.
I enjoy the meat of the coconut best. I'll even try eating it off the rind. I shred coconut and eat that. I like any foods made with shredded coconut. When I cook red peas and rice, I make my own coconut milk from combining shredded coconut and tap water. It flavors the rice.
I don't even use the water from inside the coconut. I don't even save it. I throw it away. I'll crack open the coconut and let its juice drain out before using the coconut.
I like alcohol drinks made with coconut juice.
tl;dr:
But I don't drink just plain coconut water or coconut milk. One of my relatives has a favorite brand that I don't see in the stores but it has mixed fruit juice in the coconut water. Fruits juices I really like, but I still will not drink it.
